BS Beck brings more efficiency, security and transparency to cash logistics processes with logistics apps from ALVARA | Digital Solutions

Leipzig, 23.09.2024. Since 1991, BS Beck Sicherheitsdienst GmbH, which has been part of the Gregor Lehnert Group (UGL) from 2009, has stood for security with tradition and a future. Efficiency and transparency are the main benefits of digitalization throughout all work steps.One example: digital cash delivery legitimization makes paper lists superfluous.A QR code is now found on the scanner of the BS-Beck cash messenger, which customers simply check with their smartphone. There is no longer any need to spend time searching through the paper list, and both the transfer of liability and the legitimization of the cash messenger are quick, secure and digitally documented.The data protection challenges of comprehensive paper lists can also be overcome with digital legitimization.

In addition, the logistics apps give everyone involved greater traceability.Whether it's when picking up containers at the branch or depositing them at the cash center - all transfers of liability can be tracked from the head office via mobile devices and are documented automatically and reliably.

Users of ALVARA Interactive Cash Control (ICC) as a platform or app can view their receipts, the status of the containers, counting results and reports. “The convincing argument in favor of the software solution is that the use of ALVARA Interactive Cash Control and the linking of both solutions means that we are thinking ahead. All data generated in the cash process is available for further use, not only at the end of a tour as before, but also near-time as required,” says Dr. Lehnert.
